He completed his fellowship training in Hand Surgery at the University of Miami/Jackson Health System where he gained the expertise under the tutelage of orthopedic hand surgeons and plastic surgeons.
Dr. Ghany has since been practicing outside of Columbus, Ohio for the last 14 years. He now returns to South Florida with vast experience accumulated over the past years. He grew up in Trinidad and Tobago in the Caribbean and welcomes the sunshine, with a farewell to the winters of Ohio.
His areas of interest include the treatment of hand to elbow disorders including injuries, arthritic conditions, wrist pain and carpal tunnel syndrome. He has performed thousands of endoscopic carpal tunnel releases. Through his training and experience, he is also seasoned in wrist arthroscopy with TFCC repairs.
