Prescription Renewals

Please request all prescription refills and renewal authorizations during our regular office hours, when your complete medical records are available. This helps our doctors review your treatment plan and process your request as efficiently as possible. Prescription renewal requests made outside of regular office hours will be filled only in urgent or emergency circumstances.
