Spine & Orthopedic Center (SOC) is proud to welcome, Thomas D. Riley, IV, M.D., to its elite team of physicians. Dr. Riley is accepting new patients at SOC’s offices in Plantation, Coral Springs, Deerfield Beach, and Boca Raton.
Dr. Thomas Riley believes in the importance of developing a true partnership with his patients, ensuring they understand their diagnosis, their treatment options, and their expectations during recovery.

Fellowship trained in Orthopedic Sports Medicine, Dr. Riley has cared for athletes of all levels, including professionals from our beloved local sports teams such as the Miami Dolphins and Miami Heat, along with others such as the basketball and soccer teams at FIU.
Dr. Riley earned his medical degree from Temple University School of Medicine. He then completed his orthopedic surgery residency at Marshall University Joan C. Edwards School of Medicine in Huntington, West Virginia.
Dr. Thomas Riley demonstrated a strong interest in science and was fully engaged in sports from a very young age. His two passions led him to build a career as an Orthopedic Sports Surgeon.
“As an athlete having participated in competitive Collegiate Hockey, I have an acute understanding of injury as it is seen through the eyes of the player and I always strive to apply my experiences to more fully relate to my patients.”
